The site is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, EK-1 Motors LLC is not liable for indirect damages from using the site.
4. SMS Terms
Sender: EK-1 Motors LLC.
Purpose: operational messages only: coordinating vehicle pickup and delivery, and status of vehicle loads with carriers (transporters) and, if activated in the future, customers who consent to receive them. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Frequency: low; messages are sent only when needed for a specific pickup, delivery or load.
Opt out / help: reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact us using the info below.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Data: We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
